You can enjoy learning Gaspacho (cold soup), Veloute and succulent soups. The program teaches you to prepare Pistou soup, which is a delicious summer soup welcoming you to Southern France. The next is Mushroom Veloute, which comprises of mushroom, eggs and cream. Spanish Gaspacho is the next, a soup that offers fresh Spanish flavours.
