It is to be baked for about 20 to 25 minutes and then removed from the oven. The cake edge is to be loosened gently from the pan. The cake is to be turned carefully onto the cooling track that is lined with clean kitchen towel and cooled for around 3 to 5 minutes.
Next remove the parchment paper. The cake is to be rolled up with kitchen towel beginning at short edge. The rolled cake is to be transferred to the cooling rack and cooled completely.
For icing: Take a large bowl, then beat melted chocolate and cream cheese and caramel topping using electric mixer. Stir gently in whipped topping. Gently unroll cake for filling the cake. Spread around 1/3 of icing over the surface evenly. Re-roll cake gently and trim off the roll ends using serrated knife and transfer the end result to the serving platter.
